Their initial system relied on a clunky website and manual WhatsApp-based bookings. Patients couldn’t view available time slots, medical records were stored offline, and doctors lacked visibility into patient history.

The client wanted to connect patients to a network of certified doctors across Qatar and the UAE. The startup offers general consultations, specialist referrals, home care appointments, and e-prescriptions—all under one brand.
Their goal: to become the “Uber of Healthcare” in the Gulf region.
