Biography
Munshi Khan is the visionary founder and CEO of Mahad Group, which includes Mahad IT Solutions in Doha, Qatar. With over 40 years in global recruitment, HR consultancy, and technology-driven staffing, he has established Mahad as a trusted name across multiple countries. In 2010, he launched the Mahad Group in Doha, further extending operations into the UAE, India, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, the Philippines, and Nepal through Mahad Human Resource Consultancy.

Early Career Formation: He began his recruitment career in 1998 in India, before founding two internet companies in Doha.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: Established Mahad Manpower and Mahad IT Solutions in Doha, focusing on combining manpower recruitment with IT innovation.
Global Operations: Built an international recruitment network leveraging a deep expertise in multiple verticals, including IT, construction, hospitality, and engineering.
