1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the websites (mahadit.com) or software platforms provided by MAHAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Mahad IT", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software products, including Mahad OCR, MahadRank, AMMSC, Mahad Jobs, Mahad Resume, and Mahad Accounts, alongside all source code, algorithms, visual brand identities, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of MAHAD INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under applicable copyright and international trade treaty laws.

3. Permitted Use & API Restrictions

Clients granted sandbox or production API credentials for Mahad OCR or MahadRank must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract algorithmic weights from OCR parsing or AI agent engines.
• Resell or redistribute API keys without express prior written licensing authorization.
• Submit fraudulently generated or intentionally compromised binary files intended to disrupt service uptime.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain rigorous software standards, Mahad IT does not guarantee uninterrupted service uptime or specific financial or keyword ranking outcomes. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permissible under applicable commercial law.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Mumbai, India.
